- 38" Chandelier uses 16 60-watt E12 bulbs (not included).
- 48" Chandelier uses 26 60-watt E12 bulbs (not included).
- 60" Chandelier uses 39 60-watt E12 bulbs (not included).
- We recommend our LED B11 Candelabra E12 Bulb (6610071B134).
- 38" Chandelier has an adjustable drop length that ranges from 42.75" – 180.75".
- 48" Chandelier has an adjustable drop length that ranges from 52.25" – 190.5".
- 60" Chandelier has an adjustable drop length that ranges from 62.25" – 200.5".
- Can be mounted on a vaulted ceiling.
- Steel poles measure 144" long.
- Black and white PVC and copper cord measures 150" long.
- Hardwired; professional installation required.
- Mounting hardware included.
- Chandeliers weighing more than 50 lbs. cannot be mounted alone to a standard outlet box and require additional bracing above the ceiling where they are to be installed. Professional installation is required.
- ETL certified dry for use indoors and dry locations that are not directly exposed to excessive moisture and water.
- In order to protect the glass elements in this collection, some assembly upon delivery to your home will be required.

Free standard shipping is available within our supported U.S. delivery regions.
Estimated delivery is 9–24 business days, including 3–12 business days for processing and 6–12 business days for transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Return & Refund
30-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
- Unused and uninstalled
- Complete, with no missing parts
- Securely packed in the original packaging
- Returned only after receiving authorization from LampGrove
- 15% restocking fee charged (Returned goods, after discount and before tax)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. For eligible claims, LampGrove will cover the replacement or return costs.
Return Shipping Costs
LampGrove covers eligible return costs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For returns caused by personal preference, ordering mistakes, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Non-customized orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. Custom-made products may be cancelled before production begins. Once an order has shipped, it must be received before a return can be requested.
How to Start a Return
Email service@lampgrove.com with your order number and photos or videos of the item. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 1–3 business days and send you an email confirmation.
After the refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take approximately 3–5 additional business days to credit your account. The exact posting time depends on the payment provider.
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact service@lampgrove.com if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend reporting visible shipping damage within 48 hours to help us investigate promptly. This recommendation does not shorten the 30-day return request period.
For approved returns caused by a verified product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by LampGrove, we will provide a full refund for the affected item and cover or reimburse the approved return shipping costs. No restocking fee or original outbound shipping deduction applies to these returns.
